What a shower!

This idea is the oldest in my backlog. I was never a fan of “The shower of appreciation” – personally I find it a little forced.
So in my twisted mind, I wondered what it would be like if people said what they really thought rather than being forced to come up with platitudes to satisfy a retro exercise.
