This is borrowed straight from Klaus Leopold – quite literally, that’s his Kanban board in the comic! He has long been of the opinion that having a few agile development teams is a far cry from being an agile business. An agile business requires agile interactions between teams and departments – across the whole business. But so many managers seem to think that having an agile development team makes their business agile.
