Agile isn’t for everyone. And that’s just fine. What’s not fine is forcing people into agile teams when they don’t want to be there – cause that’s the current organisational structure, we’re all going to be agile, etc.

You can open the door for people and show them the agile world on the other side. You can tell them stories and share your experiences with them. You can even give them a little nudge – you don’t give up at the first sign of resistance. But you can’t force them through the door. And even if you did, you can’t make them stay.
