What happened was that I was drawing an agile transformation as a war – where the Agile team gets wiped out by “friendly” fire. Their own company takes them out with the restrictive processes, incompetent management and scapegoating. So I started looking at an old comic about WW1 for inspiration – and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier came to mind. The next step was easy…
