For those unfamiliar with another meaning of the word tool: “offensive: an insulting word for a person who you dislike very much or who behaves very stupidly”. I wonder if that’s what the authors of the agile manifesto had in mind when they wrote “Individuals and interactions over processes and tools”. God knows, there’s enough process tools out there 😉
